Director-Level Leadership Mentorship Needed
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I currently manage a small team of two direct reports and want to accelerate my move into a Director-level post. I’m looking for a mentor who has already sat in a Director chair (or higher) and can translate real-world leadership experience into practical, day-to-day guidance for me—everything from shaping a strategic point of view to navigating senior-level conversations in a fast-paced financial environment.
I’d like to begin as soon as possible. Ideally we can set up an immediate discovery call, map out key milestones, and establish a cadence of coaching sessions that fits both our schedules.
Deliverables I have in mind:
• An agreed-upon development roadmap covering skill gaps, visibility strategies, and measurable goals
• Regular live or virtual mentoring sessions (weekly or bi-weekly to start)
