Design Leadership Soft Skills Training

I’m putting together a leadership-development programme that zeroes in on three core soft skills: communication, teamwork and time management. I already know that a blended approach works best for my organisation, so the plan must weave together live workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions and self-paced online courses into a single, coherent learning journey.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A full curriculum map that shows how each module, activity and coaching touch-point builds those three skills in a leadership context
• Detailed facilitator guides and slide decks for the in-person workshops, complete with practical exercises and discussion prompts
• A coaching framework (session outlines, reflection questions, progress-tracking tools) that mentors can pick up and run with
• An outline and storyboard for the online course component, including suggested multimedia content and interactive assessments
• Pre- and post-programme evaluation tools so we can measure skill growth and overall impact
