You'll be leading a small team of professionals in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Your leadership will drive performance, foster development, and keep the vibe high.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a small team to exceed KPIs
Driving team performance in a supportive and motivating way
Managing day-to-day operations and team scheduling
Monitoring individual and team metrics to ensure high standards
Creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement
Reporting on performance and working closely with senior leadership
We’d love to see:
Previous leadership experience in a contact centre or customer-facing environment
Background in Finance, Telco, Energy, or Insurance – a big plus!
A people-first mindset with strong communication and coaching skills
Results-driven approach with a passion for developing others
