I want dentistry leads for a device i've created to stop snoring (without CPAP machine)

I have worked with dentists to create a snoring mouthpiece (mandibular advancement splint) that adjusts to the user and is designed to maintain protrusion throughout the night.
I'm not a salesman or a PR guy, I'm a product designer who wants to make the best product possible. My product is regularly on order throughout the UK/Ireland by dentists but I want to scale up more and get more orders, then start to go worldwide with this snoring solution.
An issue I face day-to-day is dentists use gatekeepers that are usually receptionists and then the lead is lost. I would like to get my product in front of the dentist's faces, as they are the decision-makers and ultimately make the call to order my product and use it on their patient.
Many patients were CPAP users before using my product and no longer need to use the machine as this has solved their snoring issues.
