We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, filtering, classifying, enriching, and preparing leads for cold email campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of lead management processes, proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools, and exceptional analytical skills.

**Activities**

Generate B2B Leads

Filter leads, keep only qualified leads

Classify the leads, by rank of importance

Enrich the leads, research missing details or team

Prepare the leads for cold email campaigns

Organize and manage all leads

- Have system to organize, manage and review all leads
- Be able to adapt to our email marketing software ( instantely )

Manage team to assist you with repetitive tasks

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in lead generation and management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess lead quality and importance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience in data analysis and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in lead management and digital marketing.
