XPERTUS: Seeking a Social-Media Marketing Expert (Long-term)

I am a very successful, world-renowned Leadership Development Trainer (over 25 yrs.)
I am seeking a “Social-Media Marketing" expert, to help us grow. The selected Freelancer, will have the opportunity to become a Partner (no cash investment required).

Unfortunately, we are only open to engage you on a “performance-based” agreement.
We are not open to any other form of compensation, such as base-pay, setup fees, etc.
The ideal candidate would have expertise in some the following areas:
1. Lead generation
2. Cold-calling, and emailing, existing LinkedIn contacts (Over 17,000)
3. Ability to frequently post on LinkedIn, and other marketing platforms
4. Follow-up of existing, and on-going LinkedIn, and email communications
5. Maintain activity reports.
As a self-motivated expert, you must be able to develop a marketing plan and execute it. We do have plenty of marketing material on the subjects we offer.
Compensation:
Initial engagement would be a 2-week trial.
Thereafter, during the first three (3) months, Agent will receive a payment of US$150.00 per month, subject to generating five (5) qualified meetings per month (we reserve the right to reject leads).
Thereafter, the terms would be, US$ 10.00 (ten dollars) per actual meeting, plus 20% (twenty percent) of net revenue, on any contract that generates revenue.
Exceptions:
If we have to subscribe to any software, and other services, that the Agent might need, Agent is required to contribute 50% of such costs, from payments due to Agent.
