We are looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a WhatsApp automation system using Interakt + Zoho CRM.
This is a Phase-1 MVP focused on:
* Lead capture
* User segmentation
* Basic automation
* WhatsApp alert delivery
IMPORTANT (Read Before Applying):
* Must be implemented using Interakt + Zoho CRM only
* No custom backend / no tool changes
* Do not suggest alternative tools or stack changes
* Detailed workflow will be shared after NDA
SCOPE OF WORK (High-Level):
1. WhatsApp Flow (Interakt – Button Based)
Create a step-by-step interactive flow:
Welcome → Business Type → Region → Sector → State (optional) → Frequency → Budget → Summary & Confirmation → Success message
* Smooth navigation
* Back/edit handling
* Structured response capture
2. Zoho CRM Integration
* Capture and store user data in Zoho CRM
* Proper field mapping and lead creation/update
3. Segmentation & Tagging
* Apply basic tagging based on user inputs
* Enable simple segmentation logic
4. WhatsApp Alerts
* Setup automated alerts using Interakt
* Send structured messages with action buttons
5. Testing & Handover
* End-to-end testing
* Fix issues
* Working system handover
Timeline:
3–5 Days (Strict)

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Milestone-based)
Requirements:
* Experience with WhatsApp API tools (Interakt preferred)
* Experience with Zoho CRM (field mapping + workflows)
* Able to build structured WhatsApp flows
* Must deliver within timeline
* Comfortable working within tool-based setup (no custom build)
