Weekly Apollo Outreach Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a commercial cleaning company serving clients across the United States and I want Apollo.io working for us every single week— not just sitting there. I need someone who will take full ownership of the account so it reliably feeds our sales pipeline.
Here’s what that looks like on my side:
• Lead generation – sourcing and enriching fresh prospects that fit our ideal client profile (office buildings, medical facilities, schools, etc.).
• Database management – keeping the lists inside Apollo clean, de-duplicated, properly tagged by industry, size, and location, and always ready for the next campaign.
• Email marketing campaigns – writing or refining short, friendly outreach sequences, scheduling them, monitoring deliverability, and adjusting copy or cadence when performance dips.
The core objective is simple: grow our client base. Every week I’d like to see new qualified conversations booked for our sales team and a brief performance recap so I know what’s working.
I have some existing data, but it’s patchy; you’ll need to assess what’s usable and fill any gaps. Experience with Apollo.io dashboards, list-building tools, and email warm-up best practices is essential. If you’re equally comfortable prospecting on LinkedIn, importing to Apollo, and tweaking email copy for better open and reply rates, let’s talk.
