I run an AI-powered CRM platform and need help turning our prospect database into paying customers. Your main responsibility will be end-to-end management of lead-generation email campaigns inside Mailchimp. That means writing engaging copy that explains the benefits of reselling our system, building and cleaning segmented lists, scheduling the sends, and then tracking replies so I can follow up on the hottest prospects.

I already have a pool of contacts; what’s missing is a steady stream of well-timed, on-brand messages that convert. You should feel comfortable setting up automations, split-testing subject lines, and tagging contacts based on behavior so we can continually improve performance. Clear English, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to qualifying leads are all essential.

Deliverables I expect each week:
• Fresh email content ready to send (subject, body, call-to-action)
• Updated Mailchimp lists with bounced or unsubscribed addresses removed
• A simple report summarizing open and click rates, plus a shortlist of leads to call
