Virtual Assistant (VA) / DM Setter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in DM outreach, lead generation and automation. You’ll be responsible for starting conversations with potential clients via DM, nurturing interest, and booking discovery calls.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage DM conversations on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Email
Use voice DMs or follow-ups to build trust and rapport
Follow pre-written messaging scripts (2-week training provided)
Book qualified leads into discovery calls
Maintain detailed records of outreach in CRM or spreadsheets
Work closely with our automation tools that handle the initial outreach phase
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and outreach strategies
Requirements:
Strong written English with a friendly, professional tone
Experience in DM-based lead generation or appointment setting
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram for outreach
Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, Phantombuster)
Familiarity with Email automation tools (Instantly.ai, system.io, ManyReach)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot)
Organized, consistent, and responsive
Open to a short paid trial to test fit
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with cold copywriting or scriptwriting
Urdu or Hindi speaking
Based in Pakistan or India preferred
Good to Know:
This role includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses
