Virtual Assistant Lead Generation - Crypto and Payments Company

We’re looking for a sharp, crypto-savvy assistant to help us find, message and signup potential affiliates and business partners for a crypto and payments platform (exchange, crypto debit cards and crypto+fiat payment gateway)
THE GOAL
- For affiliates: Find and reach out to individuals or groups related to crypto (affiliates, influencers, Telegram admins, etc.) who could become affiliates and will receive commission in exchange for bringing in sign ups and real users.
- For business referral partnerships for the payment gateway service: find agencies, consultancies, freelancers who handle a high quantity of e-commerce businesses or crypto businesses who would both need crypto and card payments, and can refer clients to us.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Search X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, and Reddit for potential affiliate partners
Search on Linkedin, Apollo etc. for business referral partnerships
Identify: Crypto influencers or micro-creators
Telegram group admins
Crypto affiliate marketers
Growth hackers in Web3 or fintech
Agencies, consultancies, freelancers
Use our provided message template + personalize slightly to fit their profile
Track all outreach and replies in a shared spreadsheet
Forward any interested leads to the team for follow-up (we’ll handle everything from there)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Good English writing skills (for DM-level conversation)
Strong understanding of how to find niche businesses and groups online
Strong knowledge of crypto or payments
Able to work independently and hit weekly outreach goals
