Verify Leads & Send Emails

Each weekday I’ll drop a small batch of AI-generated contacts—about 25-30 names—into our shared sheet. Your first task is to open the LinkedIn profile for every contact and make sure the job title and company name match what the list shows. If either item is wrong, update it or flag the record so we don’t waste sends.
Once the details are confirmed, copy the prospect’s work-email into my template, greet them by name, and fire the message off. Pace matters: allow roughly five to ten minutes between sends so the new mailbox warms up naturally. During the first two to three weeks this will take only two to three hours a day, but as the domain reputation grows I’ll increase both volume and hours.
The product you’ll be introducing is a data-stripping compliance platform aimed at law firms—though it applies to any organisation that must meet strict legal and security standards—so accuracy and professionalism are critical. Wages will improve as your skills and product knowledge increases.
Deliverables I expect each day
• Updated sheet showing “verified” or “flagged” status for every lead
• 25-30 personalised emails successfully sent at the proper intervals
• Brief end-of-day note confirming totals and any issues
You should already be comfortable with LinkedIn search, basic email-verification tools, and a standard mailbox or outreach platform. Attention to detail, fluent written English, and respect for client confidentiality are non-negotiable; everything else we can teach on the fly.
