Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a seasoned lead-gen specialist who can rapidly pull together a fresh, highly targeted list of Real Estate prospects. My priority is quality over volume: every record must come with accurate, up-to-date contact details (at minimum a working email and phone number) so my outreach converts at the highest possible rate.
Although my immediate focus is Real Estate, I may expand into IT services leads next, so an ability to pivot in that direction is a plus.

Deliverables will be considered complete when:
