USA consumer db

I am looking to have someone construct a USA consumer database starting with demographics information. I need the data in a CSV file and do not need it rushed - I am asking to have the data delivered in more than three days. The project itself is fairly straightforward and I am sure that it can be completed by an experienced Freelancer. I am open to potential suggestions on how to best approach the project and welcome a dialogue about any aspects related to it.
