I need a fresh batch of qualified sweepstakes leads exclusively from the United States targeting adults aged 18-35. Each record must contain:

• full name
• exact age
• state of residence
• mobile number that is already active on WhatsApp
• valid email address

All data must be recent, permission-based, and ready for follow-up. I’m flexible on the acquisition channel—social, email, affiliate, or any blend—so long as it complies with U.S. marketing regulations and delivers genuine, contactable prospects.

Acceptance Criteria

• Random sample of 20 leads passes manual ring/email test without hard bounces or invalid numbers
