We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter or lead generation specialist to help us find Registered Nurses (RNs) who are currently seeking full-time job opportunities in Arizona and California.
Scope of Work:
Identify and source qualified RN leads through job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media, or other relevant platforms.
Reach out via email and/or phone to confirm:

Their minimum base salary expectations
Their preferred and acceptable work locations within AZ or CA
Deliver a structured list of pre-screened and interested candidates, including:
Full name and contact information
License state(s)

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or lead generation
Strong communication and outreach skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Access to tools/resources for sourcing licensed professionals as WE DO NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO ANYTHING.
This is a project-based freelance assignment with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
