USA Cold Calling Leads

I need a skilled cold-caller who can quickly generate fresh, qualified leads within the United States hospitality sector. The focus is on decision-makers at hotels who purchase building materials—think general managers, procurement officers, or renovation project heads interested in flooring, fixtures, or structural supplies.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Identify and call prospects, briefly pitching our building-material line for hotel projects.
• Capture key details in a shared spreadsheet: contact name, role, phone/email, property name, level of interest, and any follow-up notes.
• Deliver at least 15 solid, contactable leads that have expressed interest in learning more or scheduling a follow-up.
