Trilingual Telecaller for Retail, Medical Leads

I run a social-media marketing agency and I’m expanding into the retail sector. To accelerate customer acquisition, I need someone who can confidently call retail-focused businesses, present our services, and secure qualified leads or demo appointments—all from home.

You’ll be speaking with store owners, franchise managers, medical professionals and local chains, so fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is essential. I’ll provide a calling script, a prospect list, and a simple CRM (Google Sheets + HubSpot) to track outcomes. Your day-to-day is straightforward: introduce our agency, highlight how data-driven content can boost their sales, handle basic objections, and capture decision-maker details for follow-up.

Deliverables I expect each week
• Updated call log with outcome codes (interested, follow-up, not a fit, etc.)
• Minimum target of qualified leads or booked demos agreed in advance
• Short insights note if you notice patterns in questions or objections
