Company Description
Our client is an established and reputable Singapore-headquartered company with over 13 years of success in designing, fabricating, and supplying professional-grade kitchen systems and foodservice equipment across Asia. Their clients include top-tier hotels, international and local restaurants and cafe chain, cloud kitchen, and commercial food operators. Our client is seeking Telemarketing Representatives in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Description
• Contact potential clients and offer products through soft selling via telephone and email
• Schedule virtual meetings with contacted potential clients to provide detailed product explanations
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential clients
• Be goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Research and compile a database of potential clients and prepare comprehensive work reports
• Facilitate and address complaints from potential clients

Qualifications
• Reside in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Available to join the team immediately
• Have 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or sales
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese
• Skilled in email marketing or lead generation
• Experience working remotely is a plus
• Understanding of and experience in the Hospitality, Food and Beverage industry is an advantage
