I am rolling out a personal-loan service that operates entirely through Telegram and does not rely on applicants’ CIBIL scores. What I need now is a robust customer-support environment inside Telegram where every prospect can start a live conversation with one of our representatives the moment they click “Start.”
Here is what the finished solution must do:
• Create or configure a Telegram bot (or alternate structure you recommend) that greets users and immediately hands the chat to a live agent.
• Allow multiple agents to handle concurrent conversations without exposing their private accounts.
• Log basic applicant details—name, contact number, requested amount—in a secure, exportable format (Google Sheets, Airtable, or another lightweight CRM you propose).
• Include simple admin controls so I can add or remove agents, pull chat transcripts, and broadcast announcements to all active users.
• Keep the user journey frictionless; no external links unless legally required.
You are welcome to suggest off-the-shelf SaaS integrations or custom scripting in Python, Node, or PHP—whatever delivers a stable, scalable chat experience on Telegram.
