Targeted USA Office Email Leads

I’m preparing a national email-marketing push and need a fresh, reliable list of office-based email contacts from small businesses across the United States. Quality and accuracy are critical—low bounce rates are a must.

Here’s what I expect:
• Each record must contain a valid email address and the corresponding contact name.
• Company name is a welcome bonus if you already have it, but not mandatory.
• All data must be recently verified and compliant with CAN-SPAM.
• Final delivery in CSV, TXT or PDF separate columns for Email, Contact Name, and (optionally) Company Name.

Acceptance criteria:
• Random sample of 50 leads will be tested; a bounce rate above 3 % will trigger a full replacement.
• Duplicate, role-based, or personal webmail addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) will be rejected.
