Lead Research & Outreach Assistant (Email List Building + Light Personalization)

Overview:
We are a professional publishing company seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to help identify and contact high-quality business leaders in specific U.S. cities.

This is not mass marketing. This is a targeted, thoughtful outreach effort to professionals such as insurance agents, financial advisors, real estate leaders, and nonprofit executives.

We are building a long-term system and are looking for someone who can grow with us.

Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Nashville, TN):

You will:

Research Target Contacts
Identify 1 key decision-maker per company (owner, founder, managing partner, or top producer)
Use LinkedIn and company websites to confirm accuracy
Find & Verify Email Addresses
Use tools such as Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar
Verify emails to minimize bounce rates
Build a Clean Contact List
Organize into a spreadsheet with the following fields:
Name
Company
Title
Email
LinkedIn Profile
Category (Insurance, Financial, Real Estate, Nonprofit)
Light Personalization (Important)
Add 1 short, relevant sentence per contact (example: reference their company, community involvement, or specialty)
Optional (Preferred): Send Outreach Emails
Send a short, professional email (template provided)
Schedule 1 follow-up email (3–4 days later)
Track responses

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with lead generation and contact research
Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting
Experience using tools like Apollo, Hunter, RocketReach, etc.
Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters more than volume)
Comfortable writing short, natural-sounding personalization lines
Professional English writing skills

This is NOT spam or bulk email blasting
We prioritize quality over quantity
Accuracy and professionalism are critical

Project Details:

Initial project: 25 contacts (Nashville, TN)
Opportunity for ongoing work (multiple cities)
Potential for long-term engagement if a good fit
