Targeted Lead Generation Expert – Qualified Landscaping & Building Businesses Only
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
We’re hiring a detail-oriented lead generation specialist to build highly targeted lists of Australian landscapers and residential builders who are strong candidates for outsourced design and drafting services.
This is not a generic scraping task. You will be required to follow a strict SOP and checklist before adding any business to the list. The focus is on quality over quantity.
You must only include businesses that meet specific criteria. These include having an active online presence (website and/or social media), clearly showcasing completed landscaping or building projects, and operating in residential construction or custom landscaping. Businesses that focus purely on mowing, maintenance, or basic garden care must be excluded.
Each lead must be validated against the checklist before inclusion. You will be expected to assess project quality, level of activity, and likelihood that the business would require external design, quoting, or planning support.
Accuracy, consistency, and adherence to process are critical. If you cut corners or include low-quality leads, this will not be a good fit.
This role is ongoing for the right person, with clear systems and expectations provided.
