I am rolling out a technology-focused outbound campaign and need experienced Tamil- and Malayalam-speaking callers who can turn cold data into qualified leads. The goal is pure lead generation; every call you place should uncover decision-makers or interested consumers and move them into my sales funnel.
You will work with mixed B2B and B2C contact lists, so you must be comfortable shifting tone between a small business owner evaluating software and a home user exploring new gadgets. I will supply a preliminary script, product briefs, and the CRM login; you bring the local-language fluency, persuasive energy, and disciplined follow-up skills that keep prospects engaged.
Key deliverables
• Daily dial-out activity logged in the CRM
• A spreadsheet of verified leads with accurate contact details and qualification notes
• Call recordings or voice logs for spot-checks and coaching feedback
• Brief end-of-week summary highlighting objections heard, opportunities spotted, and any script tweaks you recommend
