Job Title: Social Media Outreach VA (Lead Generation & Sales – Reddit + IG)
Are you confident in DM sales and organic outreach? Can you turn cold leads into warm buyers using proven scripts and creative thinking?
I’m looking for a dedicated VA to handle sales and outreach through Reddit and Instagram. Your mission: generate qualified leads, build conversations, and close sales (DMs only – no calls).
What You’ll Be Doing:
DM outreach on Reddit and Instagram
Use video content I provide to support outreach
Start conversations and guide leads toward purchase
Use my templates or tweak your own to improve conversion
Track replies, warm leads, and daily performance
Requirements:
Proven experience in DM outreach / social selling
Comfortable working solo and hitting targets
Strong English writing skills
Able to think fast and adapt scripts for different users
Familiar with Reddit and Instagram outreach
Pay:
£100 - £300/month base
15% commission per sale
Opportunity to grow into full-time role + team lead if results are strong.
