**What you will do**
- Identify potential clients (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle brands) who would benefit from social media management
- Reach out via Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, email, or any method that works for you
- Generate qualified leads and warm introductions — we handle the pitch and closing
- Share lead details with us (brand name, contact, platform, brief notes)

**What we offer**
- 20% commission on the total monthly retainer for every client you bring in
- Commission is recurring — you earn every month the client stays with us, not just on the first payment
- Example: client signs at ₹18,000/month → you earn ₹3,600/month as long as they are active

**Who we are looking for**
- Someone with good communication skills and confidence in outreach
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of social media or the F&B/hospitality space is an advantage
- Can work independently without supervision
