Slovakia Serviced Apartment Leads / Property Managers

Flatio®, a leading and innovative housing platform for temporary rentals has become a marketplace between private Hosts and Rental Managers with potential renters. We provide accommodation to thousands of Digital Nomads and Remote Workers already registered in our platform, across 400 destinations in Europe.
We need a focused researcher who can build a fresh list of Property Managers that specialise in serviced apartments from Bratislava. The assignment is strictly for lead generation, so accuracy and completeness matter more than volume.
Scope
• Identify active Property-Management companies or individual managers who currently handle at least 10 serviced apartments or more (not hotels nor traditional rentals).
• Capture reliable contact details for each lead: company name, decision-maker’s full name, email and phone number.
Quality standards
• All data will be used on the next steps of our funnel to invite the Property Managers advertise on Flatio.
• The goal is to obtain 25 Qualified Leads.
• Provide the final output in a shared Google Sheet with separate columns for each data point.
We will supply the necessary training and a proposed script with 4 qualifying questions.
The budget is $250, so $10 per lead.
If you already have hospitality research experience in Central Europe, mention the datasets or tools you typically relied on, in similar projects.
You will fit this job if you:
- Master in lead research in platforms such as AirBnB or similar, and Google or similar.
- Speak Slovak language fluently.
- Can qualify a person/ company with the information available online and a phone call.
- Consider yourself a hunter and have instinct to identify your target.
- Have some interest and knowledge in the Real Estate market of Croatia, or the community of the digital nomads.
