Project Overview:
We are looking for a freelancer with strong Mailchimp experience to set up a 5-day email drip campaign for outreach purposes.

We already have a Mailchimp account set up, but we need someone to properly structure the campaign, make sure the audience handling is correct, and show us how to manage it going forward.

What we need done:

* Set up a 5-email drip campaign in Mailchimp
* Ensure the emails are sent in sequence over 5 days
* Prepare the system so we can send to 250 contacts per day
* Our current list is 2,145 contacts
* We want this list to be worked through in batches, with campaigns going out every 2 weeks
* Make sure unsubscribes are automatically excluded from all future sends
* Help us understand the best way to add new contact data into the system for future campaigns
* Make the setup simple enough for us to manage after handover

Important requirements:

* The campaign must be structured so that people do not receive emails again once unsubscribed
* We need a clear and sensible way to handle:
* the original master list
* daily sending batches
* future uploads of new leads
* suppression of unsubscribed contacts
* We would like advice on the best Mailchimp workflow for this, as we are currently a bit lost with how to organise it properly

Deliverables:

* Correct audience/list/tag/segment structure
* Unsubscribe-safe setup for future sends
* Simple process for uploading and adding new contacts
