IT Services Sales Team Needed

We are looking to hire an experienced freelance sales team to help grow our IT services business. The goal is to generate qualified leads, pitch our services, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B)
Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, etc.
Pitch and explain our services effectively
Schedule meetings/demo calls with prospects
Close deals or assist in closing
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT services sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Existing network or ability to generate leads quickly
Experience with international clients is a plus

Target Market:

Startups, SMEs, and enterprises (India + International)

Compensation:

Commission-based / performance-based (open to discussion)
Bonus for successful deal closures
