I will supply basic scripts, lead sources, and a simple CRM; you bring the persistence and communication skills to turn raw data into qualified seller leads. Each week, I expect a clean spreadsheet export from the CRM showing every new lead you’ve reached, the outcome of each touch, and any notes that will help me move the conversation forward.
