EMS Tutoring is a UK-based online education service helping students excel in English, Maths, and Science. Our programmes are designed for children aged 11–16 (Key Stage 3 & GCSE) and focus on boosting confidence, improving grades, and closing learning gaps.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Sales Manager to promote EMS Tutoring to parents and secure new student enrollments. You will manage your own schedule, generate your own leads, and convert them into paying clients. This is a performance-based role with £200 paid per successful enrollment (£1200 course value for 3 months of tuition, 3 lessons per week).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients (mainly parents of UK secondary school students).
Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads online and offline (e.g. Facebook groups, parent forums, WhatsApp, local schools, community networks).
Present EMS Tutoring programmes confidently to parents.
Convert leads into confirmed enrollments through phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Maintain a simple record of contacts and enrollments (spreadsheet or CRM).
Communicate regularly with EMS management about progress and results.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (education industry preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confident working independently and managing your own targets.
Access to a laptop, phone, and internet connection.
Understanding of UK schooling and GCSE structure is a plus.
Earnings
Commission: £200 per successful enrollment
Each enrollment = £1200 3-month tutoring package (3 lessons per week in English, Maths & Science)
Potential to earn £800–£2000+ monthly depending on performance
