Seeking Expert Sales Training & Onboarding Specialist

Sales trainer recruitment onboardingI am running a UK-based student recruitment agency and I am building a team of Student Advisors.
I am looking for an experienced Sales / Recruitment Trainer to help me create a simple, practical onboarding and training system and deliver weekly live training sessions.
This is NOT a software or development project.
I am NOT looking for a web application.
I need a training-focused, execution-driven system.
MAIN OBJECTIVE:
Train new Student Advisors to:
understand the process quickly
start generating leads fast
communicate effectively with UK-based students
convert conversations into applications
SCOPE OF WORK:
You will help me build:
1. Onboarding System
simple step-by-step onboarding structure (Day 1, Day 2, Week 1)
clear explanation of the Student Advisor role
target student profile (UK residents, adult learners 21+)
2. Sales & Outreach Training
scripts for Facebook / WhatsApp / messages
how to approach students
how to handle objections
how to follow up
3. Lead Generation Process
where to find students (Facebook groups, etc.)
daily activity structure
simple tracking system (Google Sheets)
4. Weekly Live Training
1 live session per week (Zoom/Teams)
performance review
strategy updates
improving results and conversion

WhatsApp / Teams
Zoom
No complex systems needed.
