About the Role:
We’re a growing real estate wholesaling business in the early stages, and we need a Facebook marketing expert who can consistently generate high-quality, qualified buyer and seller leads. You must have proven experience creating profitable Facebook ad campaigns specifically for real estate.
This is not a generic social media posting job — your role will be strategic and results-driven. We need someone who understands how to target, test, and scale campaigns that actually convert.
Responsibilities:
Develop and run Facebook ad campaigns to attract motivated sellers and active buyers
Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy and select high-impact visuals
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Track campaign performance and provide weekly reports
Suggest improvements and test new ad variations for better results
Post and manage relevant real estate–related content on Facebook to keep the page active and engaging
Stay up-to-date on Facebook Ads policy changes, especially regarding real estate and housing
Requirements:
Proven track record of generating leads in the real estate industry using Facebook Ads (portfolio or case studies required)
Ability to provide past metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.)
Experience with targeting real estate buyers and sellers
Strong copywriting and ad design skills
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
Access to a reliable internet connection and tools to create/manage ads

This role is Facebook Ads only — no Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms at this time
You must already know how to comply with real estate advertising rules on Facebook
Hours are flexible, but performance and ROI will be the main success metrics
Pay will start hourly, with performance bonuses for exceeding lead generation goals
