Sales Specialist for Website Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are hiring a Sales Specialist who can generate leads and close clients through cold calling. Your role will be to connect with businesses listed on Google My Business (GMB) across Kolkata and all over India, and pitch our professional website development services.
You will be responsible for identifying businesses that need a website or want to upgrade their existing one, and converting them into clients.
Responsibilities:
Find and reach out to businesses via Google My Business listings
Make cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
Pitch our website development services (business websites, portfolio sites, eCommerce, etc.)
Understand client requirements and explain suitable website solutions
Handle objections and close deals effectively
Maintain records of leads, calls, and conversions
Requirements:
Experience in sales / telecalling / cold calling (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in selling services over calls
Basic understanding of websites (WordPress, business websites, etc.) is a plus
Fluent in Hindi/English (Bengali is a bonus for Kolkata leads)
Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
