Sales Pro for Leather Merchandise Startup

Hello I run a leather products manufacturing and custom merchandising business based in Kolkata. We supply premium accessories across India and overseas markets.
I am looking for a Commission based freelancers who is strong in sales and can support us in closing deals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients on LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram sending outreach messages emails and managing timely follow ups. The work is remote and offers flexible timing.
As we are a startup compensation will be linked to performance and closure of deals including payment release from clients. Our standard payment terms are fifty percent advance and fifty percent before dispatch after the QC by our team/buyers team or even third party which ensures your commission remains secure.
We are offering up to thirty percent of our margins on successfully closed deals and payment released. A formal agreement will be signed before starting to protect the interests of both parties.
