Lumeneze is an automation-first brand building scalable, AI-driven growth systems. We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a long-term, fixed monthly engagement to support outbound, inbound, and growth execution.

Role Overview
Looking for a hands-on specialist who can execute sales and marketing tasks consistently, work with automation tools, and support lead generation, outreach, and campaign execution.

Work Scope
- Manage outbound and inbound sales activities
- Support lead generation and prospect research
- Execute Upwork, Email, LinkedIn, and CRM-based outreach
- Assist with marketing campaigns and follow-ups
- Maintain clean data and basic reporting
- Work with automation tools and predefined workflows

Required Experience
- Basic to intermediate sales and marketing experience
- Understanding of lead generation and outreach workflows
- Comfortable working with CRMs and automation tools
- Ability to execute independently and meet daily targets

Engagement Details
- Long-term role
- $100 USD per month (fixed)
- Performance-based bonuses available
