Sales & Lead Generation Expert Needed – Remote Video Surveillance Services

We are looking for a salesperson or business development specialist who can help us generate leads and bring potential clients for our 24x7 remote CCTV monitoring services.

Our company provides professional remote video surveillance for businesses and properties across various sectors. The ideal candidate will connect us with potential clients who require security and real-time monitoring solutions for their sites.

Target Clients

Retail shops
Warehouses
Supermarkets
3rd-party logistics companies (3PL)
Gas stations
Private properties
Commercial buildings
Any site requiring 24x7 remote monitoring

Your Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential clients via email, cold calling, or LinkedIn outreach
Introduce our service and schedule meetings with interested leads
Maintain clear communication with our team regarding leads and progress

Compensation

You’ll receive a 10% commission every month from the contract value for each client you bring in — for as long as the client remains with us.
Example: If a client stays with us for 12 months, you’ll earn your 10% commission every month for that period.
No fixed working hours — work remotely, at your convenience.

Requirements

Experience in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Previous experience in the security, CCTV, or facility management industry is a plus
