B2C Sales Funnel Expert Needed

I need help creating my sales funnel.
I create masterpiece engagement rings for my customers and my goal is to maximize design appointments (roughly 25 per week) in my calendar.
I already have a VSL and other helpful assets to help us hit the ground running.
I can compensate between $50k and $300k per year (15% of my earnings) depending on quality and volume of leads and am looking for a long term partner.
Create a landing page / lead magnet / sales funnel / affiliate / influencer / how ever you do lead gen and get engagement ring design appointments in my calendar.
