Responsibilities
The freelancer will:
* Identify and generate qualified business leads
* Reach decision makers such as HR Heads, Operations Managers, Workforce Managers, COOs, Directors, and Business Owners
* Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, or other channels
* Schedule product demonstrations where required
* Follow up with prospects
* Convert prospects into paying customers
Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B sales
* Experience selling SaaS, software, HR solutions, workforce management solutions, ERP, CRM, or business software preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to independently source and qualify leads
* Results-oriented mindset
Compensation
* Commission-based project
* ₹3,000 per successful customer conversion
* Additional incentives available for high performers
* No cap on earnings
