Sales, Lead Generation & Client Experience Specialist (Remote)
We're looking for a proactive, personable professional to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business. In this role, you'll generate leads, respond quickly to inquiries, follow up with prospects, schedule estimates and cleanings, and deliver an outstanding client experience from first contact through ongoing support.
Responsibilities include:
Generate new residential and commercial leads
Proactive outbound outreach to potential partners
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages
Follow up with prospects to convert them into paying clients
Schedule appointments and coordinate with our operations team
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
Provide exceptional customer service before and after each booking
Re-engage past clients and encourage recurring services
Identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and retention
We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, organized, reliable, sales-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or lead generation is preferred. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
