Job Description:
Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is the second-largest retail inventory service provider in the United States, specializing in physical inventory counts across grocery, pharmacy, apparel, hardware, and more. We work with some of the most recognized names in retail nationwide and are expanding our outreach to new partners.

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to help us source current contact information for key decision-makers at the top 100 U.S. retailers.

Project Overview:
PICS will provide a list of 100 retailers. For each company, we need accurate and up-to-date contact details for individuals in the following departments:

Procurement / Vendor Relations

Loss Prevention / Asset Protection

Accounting / AP

Inventory Control / Inventory Management

Key Deliverables:

Valid, working email addresses

Direct phone numbers (where available)

Confirmation that the contact is currently employed at the company

Job title and department (if available)

Skills Required:

Data sourcing / online research

Lead generation

LinkedIn & company directory mining

Contact validation tools (preferred)

Timeline:
This is a one-time project to start, but may become recurring depending on performance and results.

Budget:
Fixed-price. Please provide your bid based on sourcing contact info for all 100 companies.
