Resolve Meta Ad Campaign and Lead Viewing Issues

Hi, i need someone with knowledge about ad manager, meta and facebook/instagram. im having a problem seeing my leads for my ad. Usually i go into instagram notifications and click "review leads" but when i do nothing comes up the page is just blank there isnt any "contacted" or "not contacted" its just blank . I know there are leads coming through as my brother can access it from his ad manager campaign but when i view our campaign and click "view leads" it is also blank. My brother cant see the leads through Instagram either its just through the campaign he can see them. i have attached pictures below to show you what i see. i am able to give access to the account or screen share if necessary. For this job to be finished i need to be able to see all of my leads through my Instagram " review leads " section and through my campaign on Facebook ads manager.
