You’ll pass me the homeowner’s name, best contact number / email, project type, and brief scope. Once I book and attend the site visit to quote, you earn your first commission. If the client signs off on the work, your commission rate climbs.
Everything is remote and flexible—perfect if you’re already talking to property owners, estate agents, or contractors in your circle. Professional sales or lead-gen experience is a plus, but what matters most is persistence and the ability to qualify genuine renovation needs.
