Silverlight Research Network is seeking confident Sales Engagement Specialists to join our remote calling team. This role focuses on speaking with potential clients, presenting our services clearly, and helping our sales team connect with qualified prospects.
NOTE: This position is ONLY open to applicants from the countries listed below. Applications from outside these countries will not be considered.
Eligible Countries (Strictly Required): Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Romania, Albania, Serbia, Estonia, Argentina, Colombia, Macedonia, Turkey, Egypt, Kosovo, Bosnia
Key Responsibilities:
-Call potential clients using provided contact lists
-Communicate our services in a clear and professional manner
-Identify interested prospects and share details with the sales team
-Accurately record basic call outcomes and client information
-Represent the company with professionalism on every call
-Required Skills & Experience
-Clear spoken English and confident phone presence
-Sales, telemarketing, or call-center experience (preferred but not mandatory)
-Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
-Ability to work independently and meet call targets
Compensation:
-Monthly pay (Negotiable)
