I run NSV Studios, a digital agency specializing in building high-performance, custom websites and web applications for businesses. I am looking to partner with multiple talented freelance sales professionals to help acquire new clients.
This is a 100% Remote role. Your objective is straightforward: find businesses that need a new website or a revamp, pitch our services, and bring them on board. My job is to design, develop, and deliver a top-tier product that makes you look great to your clients.
Important Note: This is a 100% Commission-Based role. There is no fixed hourly rate or base salary. However, we offer a massive commission split for every lead that successfully converts into a paying client.

Standard Site (Starting from ₹19,999): Multi-page business site (up to 5 pages), custom domain, CMS integration, advanced SEO, and custom animations. Ideal for growing businesses.
Full-Stack Application (Starting from ₹49,999): Dynamic, data-driven web apps with user authentication, database architecture, custom admin dashboards, and API integrations.
Custom SaaS (Custom Pricing - "Let's Talk"): Enterprise-grade solutions, complex business logic, payment gateway integrations, and dedicated cloud infrastructure.
The Compensation Structure
Zero Base Salary: You eat what you kill.
Huge Commission: You will receive [e.g., 20% - 40%] of the total project value for every client that signs a contract and pays their initial deposit.
Based on our pricing tiers, closing even a single Standard or Full-Stack package yields a highly lucrative payout for you.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or digital marketing sales.
Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and managing their own outreach pipeline (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.).
Understanding of the web development/tech industry is a massive plus.
