Remote Lead-Generation Telecaller
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a proactive telecaller who can sit anywhere in India, call the targated customers , and turn cold data into warm, qualified leads. The goal is simple: generate a steady pipeline of architects, interior designers, civil and electrical contractors interested in our architectural designs, interior design services, and electrical products.
Here’s how the work flows. We will let u know how to get city-wise contact lists (or you can help expand them). You call each prospect, introduce our full product portfolio, understand their immediate and upcoming project requirements, and secure accurate contact details for the decision-maker. Every call should finish with either a clearly scheduled follow-up, a confirmed requirement, or a firm “not interested” recorded in the CRM.
You’ll log conversations in a basic spreadsheet or any cloud CRM you’re comfortable with, noting requirements, budgets discussed, timelines, and the best way to reach them next time. Accuracy matters—clean data saves us both time on future campaigns.
Deliverables (all digital):
• Daily call log with outcome codes
• Lead sheet containing verified contact info and requirement notes
• Weekly summary highlighting hot prospects and any market feedback that could refine our pitch
Acceptance criteria:
• Minimum 80 completed calls per day with less than 5 % data-entry errors
• At least 10 qualified leads captured weekly (requirements + direct contact)
• All call recordings or notes uploaded before day-end
If you’re comfortable navigating sales CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, and can communicate confidently in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus), let’s talk. Consistent performers can expect long-term, city-specific campaigns as we expand.
