Role Overview
We’re hiring a passionate and self-motivated Intern / Freelancer / Part-Time Executive to support our lead generation and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for students, early professionals, or freelancers to gain hands-on B2B experience in a remote and flexible work environment.
Note: This is a performance-based role. Your earnings will be tied to the quality and quantity of leads generated.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads across target markets
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, email, and web directories
Run outreach campaigns and follow up with leads via email/LinkedIn
Assist in the development of lead nurturing and conversion strategies
Coordinate with the business development team to qualify leads
Track lead activity and maintain records in CRM systems
Collaborate on digital marketing and demand generation initiatives
Stay updated with B2B trends and best practices in lead generation
Who You Are
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
A self-starter with a keen interest in sales and marketing
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms
Research-oriented with a sharp eye for detail
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Previous experience (internship/freelance) in lead generation is a plus
