Remote LATAM Appointment Setter

We are a growing Lead Conversion Agency focused on helping businesses turn inbound conversations into paying customers through structured follow-up systems.

We’re currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated Appointment Setters based in LATAM who want to work in a performance-driven environment.

Job Overview

This role focuses on initiating conversations with business owners, generating interest, and qualifying leads using a simple and proven system.

You will NOT need to:

Find your own leads
Create scripts
Handle complex sales processes

We provide everything — your job is execution.

Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients (leads provided)
Start conversations using proven scripts
Identify interested prospects
Qualify leads and pass them to the closing stage
Maintain consistent daily outreach activity
Compensation
Commission per closed client ($25–$40)
Performance-based bonuses
Unlimited earning potential (no cap)
Work Structure
Fully remote position

Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Clear communication skills
Fast response time and reliability
Willingness to take action and follow a system
Basic understanding of sales (or willingness to learn)
