Remote Gurgaon Real Estate Cold Callers

I run a Gurgaon-based real estate firm and need a couple of sharp, English-speaking telecallers who can work from home. Your single focus will be cold calls—no customer-service chatter, no follow-ups for now. Every dial should push us closer to one thing: generating qualified leads for our sales team.
You’ll be calling two segments that respond well to our inventory: first-time homebuyers and property investors. I’ll share daily lists, a brief property cheat-sheet, and access to our lightweight CRM so you can log notes in real time. If you already have experience with tools like CallHippo, Aircall, or similar VoIP platforms, that’s a plus but not mandatory.
Deliverables I expect at the end of each shift:
• A CRM log with call outcome for every number attempted
• A spreadsheet of hot and warm leads, complete with updated contact details and key buying signals
• A quick voice memo or written summary of any market feedback you pick up on the calls
