Remote Commission Sales Cold Caller

I need a confident cold-calling professional who can jump straight on the phone, pitch our business services with clarity and energy, and either close the deal or lock in a genuinely qualified meeting. You’ll work remotely for about 3–4 hours a day, scaling up once your numbers prove you can handle more.

Because our value proposition cuts across industries, expect conversations with a diverse mix of prospects rather than a single niche vertical.

Daily expectations
• Call the pre-qualified leads I provide and keep a steady pace throughout your shift.
• Handle objections smoothly in both English and Hindi; mindset matters more than a perfect sales résumé.
• Close on the call whenever possible, or set a firm, qualified meeting for me to complete the sale.
• Update a simple tracker after each conversation so we have clean visibility on status and next steps.

Compensation & growth
This is a commission-only role. For every successful conversion you land, you earn 6 %–11 % of the deal value—no caps. If you consistently perform, I’ll expand your hours, feed you more leads, and consider you for longer-term collaboration.
